Provision of paediatric dental treatment and professional support in the Advanced Diploma in Dental Therapy in School Dental Care Service of DH. (Remarks: (1) The operating hours of dental clinics fall between 8:45 a.m. and 5:45 p.m. on Monday and 8:45 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. from Tuesday to Friday. Successful candidates will be assigned to work in appropriate time slots during the operating hours and required to wear uniform whilst on duty. (2) Successful candidates will be required to work for at least two sessions per week. Each session is about four hours.)

Candidates should - (a) have full registration in Hong Kong under the Dentists Registration Ordinance; (b) have a valid practising certificate issued by the Dental Council of Hong Kong; (c) be a Specialist in Paediatric Dentistry under the Specialist Register of the Dental Council of Hong Kong [See Note (1)]; and (d) have a good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.? Note: (1): Candidates who are expected to meet the requirement within six months after the application may also apply.
Terms of Appointment: Successful candidates will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms up to 1 year. Renewal of contract will be subject to the service need of the Department and the performance of the candidate.
