Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project briefing, project management, documentations, project plan, market landscape analysis and understanding of client’s business and needs;

• Responsible for day-to-day project management and serve as key person between client, multi-function teams and internal work counterparts;

• Responsible for client pitching, quotation, resource planning, time and cost control;

• Work closely with UX Designer and Technical Team from Wireframe, UI Design, Technical Development, UAT to Launch;

• Provide consultation and recommendations for the customers in different digital solutions

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT or related discipline;

• A minimum of 3 - 6  years experience of account servicing / project management;

• Project Management Experience for Website / Mobile App Projects;

• Experiences in Mobile / Digital / SaaS / IT agency;

• Have strong presentation and communication skills;

• Independent, analytical, strong time management, cost control, risk management and people skills;

• Must be detail-minded, efficient and able to work under pressure;

• Proficiency in SEO and its application in digital projects;

• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese is a must;

• Working Experience in Digital Agency environment is a must;

• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the positions of Assistant Project Manager or (Senior) Project Executive.

• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Senior Project Manager.
