Responsibilities:

• Partner with Project Management and Engineering to shape roadmaps, scope and estimate work, de-risk delivery, and represent Design in client workshops and executive presentations;

• Report to the Creative Director to align on vision, standards, and resourcing across regional offices;

• Utilize industry design standards and best practices to define and implement design criteria by a variety of methods to convey ideas and concepts (e.g. personas, user flow diagrams, wireframes, design prototypes, etc);

• Design and specify UX and UI Design for Responsive / Adaptive Web and Mobile application (iOS & Android);

• Deliver inventive, durable and thoughtful, solutions from concept to launch;

• Apply conceptual thinking to create desirable and feasible digital solutions across multiple platforms;

• Assist Business Development with Creative Pitch including Ideation, Mockup Design and Presentation;

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams from Discovery to UAT and launch;

• Stay on top of design trends and bring relevant innovations into client solutions;
  

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder in visual design, interactive design, creative media or relevant discipline;

• Minimum 5 years in app and Responsive Web Design with a strong portfolio covering end-to-end UX and polished UI;

• Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring a team in an agency or fast-paced environment;

• Strong portfolio demonstrating proven UX Workflow and Strong Design techniques;

• Proficiency in various design tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite is a must;

• Experience in animation/micro-interactions (Adobe After Effects, Lottie) required;

• Experience with prototyping tools like Figma, ProtoPie and Principle is a plus;

• Basic Knowledge in HTML production, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript;

• Digital Agency Background is preferable;

• Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually;

• Experience participating in (and winning) pitches is highly regarded;

• Eagerness to learn new trends and technologies;

• Positive attitude and motivation to deliver highest quality work;

• Candidates with less leadership experience will be considered for UX & UI Designer;

• Candidates with extensive leadership and delivery experience will be considered for Senior UX & UI Designer
