Officer - Member Relations, Discovery Bay Recreation Club

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and promote club membership and review membership structure and trends for recruitment and retention strategies
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere and facilitate the team to build up strong rapport with members and promote the use of facilities to members, maintain and establish a good relationship
  • Keep abreast of the market trend on various issues related to clubhouse and facility management, sports and recreational activities
  • Source, plan, organize and execute an array of diversified and innovative wellness, sports and recreation programs cater for members’ interest

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, graduated in Hospitality Management, Marketing or related discipline
  • 3 - 4 years relevant experience in hotels or clubs will be an advantage
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication skills, smart and pleasant personality
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
