Principal Officer – Sports & Recreation, Discovery Bay Recreation Club

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the staff of daily duties to ensure all necessary sports equipment and facilities are well maintained and supplied
  • Monitor and conduct training to the team members to ensure the S&R operation and services in high quality
  • Explore and introduce the sports lessons for club members
  • Liaise with different service contractors to ensure high quality sports and leisure lessons for club members and guests
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Associate Manager – Sports & Recreation

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above, graduated in Sports and Leisure Management will be an advantage
  • 5 - 6 years relevant work experience, preferably with club or hospitality experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Outgoing, proactive and willing to take up challenges
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
