Management Trainee

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for high-potential, internationally minded Management Trainees to support the company’s top management team. This role is ideal for individuals with leadership potential, eager to learn, and capable of collaborating closely with top management in a fast-paced environment.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1) Executive Support

  • Be part of a team to co-ordinate top management’s work schedules.

  • Handle routine correspondence, phone calls, emails and WhatsApp exchanges in a professional manner.

  • Provide general administrative duties such as filing, preparing documents, maintaining records, and data entry.

  • Accompany top management to meetings and appointments as required.

2) Meeting Coordination

  • Help organize meetings by arranging logistics, and compiling necessary documents.

  • Take meeting notes or minutes when requested and ensure timely distribution.

 3) Department and Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with internal departments to support executive tasks and follow up on action items.

  • Track the progress of assigned tasks and provide regular updates to the senior executive.

  • Be a proactive team member by communicating effectively with others to ensure that all support for top management is seamless.

4) Business Travel Assignment

  • Engage in local and international business trips with top management.

  • Provide on-site coordination support, documentation, and communication assistance.

  • Manage logistics before, during, and after travel.

5) Event and Logistics Support

  • Assist in planning and executing internal events or functions.

  • Support venue booking, material preparation, and on-site logistics.

6) Confidentiality

  • Uphold the principle of utmost confidentiality by managing all sensitive information with discretion.


PERSON REQUIREMENT:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably from an international university or with experience in overseas study or work.

  • Ideally, 3 to 5 years of experience in a Management Trainee program or a similar fast-track program.

  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus.

  • Mature, responsible, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.

  • Willing to travel with senior management when necessary.

  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and a strong team player.

  • Polite, well-presented, and able to professionally represent the department.
