Senior Recruitment Officer

JOB SUMMARY :

The Senior Recruitment Officer is responsible for supporting the Recruitment Manager in managing end-to-end recruitment activities for Corporate Office positions. This role ensures smooth recruitment operations, timely follow-up, and high-quality candidate experiences while assisting in implementing the company’s talent acquisition strategies.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :

1. Recruitment Operations Support

  • Assist the Recruitment Manager in handling the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and preparing hiring recommendations.

  • Manage recruitment for junior to mid-level positions while supporting the Recruitment Manager on managerial and corporate-level hiring.

  • Prepare job descriptions, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview arrangements.

  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in recruitment systems and HRIS platforms.

2. Corporate Office Recruitment Assistance

  • Support recruitment requests from the Corporate Office across functions.

  • Coordinate directly with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, selection criteria, and recruitment timelines.

  • Provide market updates and basic hiring insights to the Recruitment Manager for corporate roles.

3. Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

  • Source candidates via job boards, social media, recruitment platforms, referrals, and professional networks.

  • Build and maintain talent pools for high-volume hospitality roles and corporate positions.

  • Support employer branding initiatives such as managing job advertisements, attending career fairs, and engaging with educational partners.

4. Administrative & Coordination Duties

  • Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, candidate communication, and interview material preparation.

  • Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.\

  • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

5. Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline

  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence in the hospitality talent market.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions across corporate and hotel functions.

  • Represent the company in career fairs, recruitment events, and hospitality school partnerships.

6. Reporting & Process Improvements

  • Prepare recruitment metrics, status reports, and dashboards for the Recruitment Manager.

  • Assist in developing and improving recruitment processes, templates, and administrative workflows.


PERSON REQUIREMENT
Education Level:

  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields.

Years of Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the corporate hospitality industry or hotel group.

Area of Experience:

  • Experience supporting recruitment for both corporate and hotel operations is highly advantageous.

  • Familiarity with recruitment systems, HRIS platforms, and online sourcing tools.

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Recruitment Officer.

Other Professional Qualifications / Technical Skills / Knowledge required:

  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations and industry-specific talent needs.

  • Good interviewing, talent assessment, and candidate engagement skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple recruitment requests simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.

  • High discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
