JOB SUMMARY:

The Treasury Manager will help oversee all cash management, investment analysis, and key banking relationships of the corporate office of Dorsett Hospitality International. The role involves coordinating, reconciling and actively managing the cash management activities across Dorsett’s various management, operating and investment entities, and subsidiaries. Critical to the role will be the ability to organize Treasury and Cash Flow Management across the multiple jurisdictions in which the Group operates. The role holder will support senior management in investment analysis and execution. The Treasury Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders including Finance, Legal, Company Secretary and liaise with external stakeholders including banks, advisors, and auditors. This position is pivotal in maintaining transparent Treasury and Cash Management across the Group.

Principal Accountabilities

• Manage and oversee all corporate treasury and cash management functions for the company and its subsidiaries across multiple jurisdictions.  

• Prepare and maintain Treasury, cash management and investment records.

• Analyze current cash and investment position and recommend actions for future cash management.

• Review investment portfolio across the Group and its entities in all jurisdictions to ensure investment opportunities are optimized.

• Review and analyze potential investment opportunities and the Cash and Treasury implications.

• Advise the Senior Management on Treasury and Cash Management matters, best practices, and industry and regulatory updates.  

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Legal, Company Secretary, Operations teams etc.) to ensure consistency in Treasury, investment and risk management.  

• Liaise with banks, external advisors (e.g., lawyers), auditors on Treasury, cash management and investment matters.  

• Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.  

• Travel may be required for special projects, depending on strategic priorities and operational needs.

PERSON REQUIREMENT

Education Level

• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred)

 Field of Study

• Accounting, Finance or Economics related disciplines  

• Business Administration  

• Law  

 Area of Experience

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in Treasury Management, Banking or Financial Services.  

• Prior experience with multinational or hospitality groups preferred.  

• Proven track record in handling cross-border Treasury management in complex group structures.  

Other Professional Qualifications / Technical Skills / Knowledge Required

• Strong knowledge of Corporate Treasury frameworks, cash flow management, liquidity, financial instruments, forecasting, and investment analysis.

• Solid knowledge of company laws, and regulations (local and international).  

• Membership with a recognized professional body is preferred.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.  

• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.  

• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.  

• Experience in stakeholder management and board administration.
