About the Project
Hospital Authority Supporting Services Centre Project (HASSC)
It is a project of Architectural Service Department to build the Hospital Authority Supporting Services Centre (HASSC) in Tung Chung. This building will house a new central laundry centre, a central food production unit for providing patient food service plus an IT corporate data centre, and a central emergency store for personal protective equipment storage.
About the Role:
As a Building Services (BS) / Electrical / Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing BS systems used in the operation of construction site and monitoring the BS design. You will work closely with the safety officer, electrician, designer, sub-contractor, client representatives and project managers to ensure the BS design with other systems are comprehensive and meet project requirements.
- Design and implement BS systems used in the operation of construction.
- Review, recommend and evaluate the design, installation and operations of BS systems to insure compliance with respective code and project specification requirements, while evaluating them for the optimization of efficient, safe and economical operation.
- Interface with utility company.
- Conduct the testing and commissioning of BS installations.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering / Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience of BS installations
- Working knowledge of local codes and standards.
