Location: Head office (North Point) based, with opportunity to work at site office for identified period

 

About the Role:

2 years programme provide all round training in  human resources and people development Specific tasks include :

  • Manpower resourcing and onboarding process
  • Compensation and benefits administration
  • Staff learning and development strategy and implementation
  • On site HR management and administration 

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related subjects
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written (Chinese and English)
  • Knowledge of local Labour Law/Employment Ordinance
  • Energetic and passionate to take up new challenges
