Responsibilities:

• Use of creative thinking to develop concepts until they become reality, balancing variables such as deadlines, multiple projects, client expectations and budget.

• To have the vision to direct each team members across the entire scope of each project, from conceptual, creative, pre and post-production to delivery.

• To be knowledgeable on motion-graphics, 3D, effects, colour, audio mixing and art direction to guide the post-production team forward, and to give team members valuable suggestions to solve problems and increase efficiency.

• Excellent managerial and organisation skills to tackle multiple projects and clients simultaneously, delegating tailored tasks to team members and manage workloads to deliver high quality deliverables within tight deadlines.

• Excellent critical thinking skills; able to juggle requirements and restraints, sudden or otherwise, to propose actionable solutions.

• Excellent communication skills; able to accurately and concisely explain to team members what needs to be done and how to go forward.

Requirements

- 3 years relevant experience in related industry
