The lead systems analyst (network and security) of the base number shall work full time throughout the Implementation Period in total at least forty-two (42) manmonths (of which twenty-four (24) man-months for Phase 1 and eighteen (18) manmonths for Phase 2) at the designated client offices.

The lead systems analyst shall possess:
(a) a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent;

(b) at least eight (8) years of IT experience including at least four (4) years IT experience that covers one (1) or more of the following areas (viz., functional/speciality experience):
(i) lead the advice and consultation on network infrastructure;
(ii) lead the quality control and quality assurance in network implementation; and
(iii) monitor and manage the network utilisation and growth;
which the above functional/speciality experience (regardless of the duration out of the total four (4) years’ duration as mentioned above) shall have been earned in performing at least one (1) project involving IT security policy design and network design (viz. business/technology area).
