E-Commerce System Technology Limited is a company engaging in extensive IT services. Due to continued expansion in Hong Kong and Mainland, our company is looking for a high caliber individual to fill the challenging vacancy of Project Manager at the senior level to align with our planning to enhance the business in Hong Kong and oversee the expansion in Mainland China. This newly created position is responsible for managing, administering, developing and promoting our business. The ideal candidate must have proven track records of successful corporate management. Possessing a wide networking with large scale of potential clients will be advantageous meeting our goal of increasing the sales and company revenue as a result of the expansion.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered. Attractive year-end bonus, annual leave and contribution to the necessary 5% of earnings into a complying pension scheme will also be offered.
Senior Project Manager

Job Duties :

  1. Oversee the company's day-to-day operations, business activities and expansion in Mainland and Hong Kong, particularly in Mainland
  2. Control and implement the approved budgets, monitor the work progress and undertake effective project management
  3. Responsible for exploring the mainland market and seeking resources of enterprises (target clients) in mainland China
  4. Develop and implement effective strategies, policies and programs to set goals for growth
  5. Actively invite target customers to participate in marketing activities organized by the company, provide tracking services, and use financial data to analyze how to reduce expenses and improve efficiency for clients
  6. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor's performance and activities and develop counteracting strategies and programs
  7. From project's consultation, evaluation, and negotiation, to contract signing and after-sales project management, cross departmental cooperation, and feedback of customer opinions to relevant teams

 

Requirements :

  1. Holder of Diploma or Higher Certificate in finance, marketing or business management
  2. Minimum 10 years relevant working experience
  3. At least 5 years project management experience, certification in project management or accounting management is an advantage
  4. Abundant enterprise clients resources in mainland China
  5. Proficient in finance and accounting management
  6. Independent, Self-discipline with good communication and interpersonal skill
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented thinking and end-to-end mindset
