1) Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

• Maintain an organized filing system

• Assist supervisor in preparing administration materials including contracts, quotations, and presentation decks

• Perform ad-hoc assignments and support other departments as required

2) Sales Executive / Sales Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze account potential and close deals with prospective clients in a professional manner

• Participate in direct communication with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings

• Achieve business growth and sales targets in line with seasonal/quarterly forecasts

• Monitor project progress and service delivery, including preparing proposals, contracts, quotations, budgets, and schedules

• Arrange and attend site meetings; report progress regularly to clients

Requirements:

• HKCEE / DSE holder or above

• With 1 year relevant working experience in marketing or project assistant will be advantage

• Smart, can-do attitude, proactive, good multitasking and strong interpersonal skills

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Chinese word processing
