Your Hands-on Activities:

• Analyse requirements and map them into optimal solutions
• Manage issues, evaluate root causes, and resolve issues
• Analyse & design new integration and functional requirements
• Application support and enhancement
• System process analysis  / redesign / transformation
• Work with PM & BA to support SDLC cycle and delivery
• Coordinate the rollout of system solutions with customers
• Manage customer's expectations

Ideal profile:

• Bachelor in Business related degree or Bachelor in Computer Science related  degree
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Knowledge / experience in insurance is highly advantageous but we are prepare to train the persons with the right aptitude
• System Analyst working knowledge of JavaScripts, Java, HTML & CSS, Nodejs and Redux.
• Reactjs knowledge is highly desirable but not a must. You have the passion to learn, we have the people to teach.
• Strong analytical, presentation and reporting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service mindset

Applicants with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Business Analyst or Senior Systems Analyst Equivalent. Fresh graduates will be considered for an entry level position.
