Job Responsibilities:

• Product Development Leadership: Manage the end-to-end development process from proto to TOP samples, ensuring quality, workmanship, and timely delivery.

• Technical Excellence: Provide guidance on garment engineering, fit, and performance standards; troubleshoot technical challenges during development.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with merchandising, costing, and factory operations to align development timelines with commercial objectives.

• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all development activities meet brand protocols, sustainability requirements, and vendor standards.

• Customer Engagement: Act as a technical liaison with brand development teams, presenting solutions and innovations that strengthen the partnership.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline development processes, reduce lead times, and enhance efficiency.

• Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and innovation outcomes.
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, BA or related field. 

• 6 - 8 years in apparel product development, with a focus on woven garments, outerwear, or technical sportswear. 

• Strong expertise in garment construction, pattern-making, and fabric performance; familiarity with advanced bonding, laser cutting, and seam technologies is a plus. 

• Excellent ability to communicate technical details clearly to both internal teams and brand partners. 

• Ability to manage cross-functional development teams and coordinate across multiple factory locations. 

• Skilled in resolving technical challenges and balancing innovation with manufacturability. 

• Willing to travel / station in factory (China / Indonesia)

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
