Key Responsibilities

• Perform finance operations duties, including accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P), payment processing

• Maintain the client account database, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.

• Prepare journal entries, monthly vouchers, and perform bank reconciliations.

• Handle balance sheet schedules and assist in month-end closing processes.

• Manage cash and general ledger reconciliation against internal systems and counterparty statements.

• Carry out other ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as required by the line manager and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance operations or accounting, preferably in the insurance industry. More experience will be considered as Senior Officer or Assistant Manager.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with various teams.
