Responsibilities:

• Work with the UK headquarter and any of its subsidiaries (the “group”) from time to time to develop its prime broking services and develop and execute a targeted sales and client acquisition strategy specifically tailored to international hedge funds, proprietary trading firms and global brokers;

• Support the team in Hong Kong to ensure the group’s prime broking is compliant with cross‑border requirements;

• Support business continuity, effective knowledge transfer and the consistent application of regulatory and risk standards in relation to the group’s systems and operational processes across jurisdictions;

• Lead client onboarding for international institutional clients and ensure compliance with multi‑jurisdictional Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) and/or Know Your Customer (“KYC”) standards and global due‑diligence frameworks;

• Develop additional Equity Capital Markets experience;

• Ensure client and regulatory reporting obligations are fulfilled;

• Represent the Group in client meetings with overseas funds and brokers;

• Support the strategic growth of the Hong Kong office by embedding best practices, strengthening operational controls, and ensuring knowledge transfer from the overseas office;

• Provide specialist coverage to the trade execution team, particularly for markets, products, and execution protocols that may require non local expertise (e.g., European market microstructure, UK settlement cycles, or cross listed instruments).

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience;

• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;

• Proactive, mature, attentive to details and well-organized;

• Excellent presentation skills with strong interpersonal and networking skills for group development;

• Demonstrates strong expertise in trading systems, risk frameworks, and control environments, with a solid grasp of back-office operations and reconciliation; enables efficient trade lifecycle management, effective risk mitigation, and seamless coordination between front and back-office functions.

• Ability to strengthen internal controls and consistently deliver high-quality client outcomes;

• Excellent command in English, also preferred in other languages; and

• Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing) and Bloomberg Terminal, preferred in other investment software.
