About the position

The Operations Officer works closely with team members from multiple disciplines and manages information for routine operations, projects, and knowledge transfer. He / she shall:

1. Gather technical information from subject matter experts.
2. Comprehend specifications and industry standards and communicate the information which can engage end-users.
3. Create working instructions and procedures with consistent format and terminology.
4. Generate monthly operations report for management review.
5. Perform procurement based on technical specifications and project requirements.
6. Coordinate with function teams on project planning and execution.

The Operations Officer reports directly to Operations Manager.

About you

Education & skills:

1. Degree in relevant to communications, science or engineering background preferred
2. Proficiency in English and Chinese literacy and conversations
3. Technical acumen

Experience preferable:

1. Experience with highly-regulated industries, such as dangerous goods, aviation, maritime etc.
2. Experience in technical publication, quality assurance, project management
