Senior Interior Designer (Residential Design & Build)

ED Design is a prestigious interior design studio specializing in high-end residential projects and private residences. We are committed to delivering exceptional, sophisticated, and tailored living spaces with meticulous attention to detail. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our creative team.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle design for high-end residential projects, from concept development and design development to detailed production drawings and site supervision

  • Develop and refine design concepts that meet clients’ expectations and project requirements

  • Prepare and coordinate production drawings, interior detailing, and technical specifications

  • Liaise closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution

  • Manage project timelines, quality standards, and design consistency

  • Participate in material and furniture selection


Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Interior Design, Architectural Design, or related disciplines

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in interior design

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office

  • Strong design sense with solid knowledge of production drawings and interior detailing

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

  • Good time management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering is a strong advantage

  • Experience in high-end residential design & build projects is highly preferred
