Drive digital and AI‑related system enhancement projects, perform UAT, define technical requirements, support web and database applications, coordinate vendors, manage procurement, and ensure stable system operations and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, user acceptance testing, and ongoing support of major IT system enhancement and digital transformation projects.

• Define and document technical requirements while providing support for web-based applications and database-driven solutions.

• Deliver maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for existing enterprise IT systems to ensure stable and reliable operations.

• Assist in preparing procurement documents and manage the acquisition of IT hardware, software, and related services.

• Coordinate closely with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and system support.

• Perform data validation, accuracy checks, and monitor system usage to maintain data integrity and optimize performance.

• Support the evaluation, integration, and deployment of AI solutions, including model testing, workflow optimisation, and system integration work.
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in computer science / information technology or equivalent.

• At least 5 years of solid experience in the development, implementation and support of web-based applications or projects.

• Proven experience with web-based applications/projects in government or private sectors.

• Strong skills in Bash scripting, Docker, Kubernetes, Ubuntu, PostgreSQL; knowledge of Nginx, Spring Boot, Kafka, Redis is a plus.

• Proficiency in C#, MSSQL, Python, Java, TypeScript, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js)

• Hands-on experience in AI solution development, integration, or implementation will be a strong advantage.

• Excellent communication and writing skills; knowledge of data analytics and machine learning is a plus.
