Duties

• Handle IT enquiries and provide efficient and quality services to customers
• Perform installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of OS, hardware, software, and networking equipment
• Support team manager to handle IT project, administrative enhancements of branch operation
• Liaise both internal and external parties for daily operation to enhance workflow efficiency 
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines.
• 1-2 years of working experience in operation/  IT helpdesk support field
• Excellent I.T knowledge with MCSE is highly preferred
• Strong communication skill both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good organization, attention to details, good time management and self-initiative
• Ability to work multi-tasks and within deadline
• Immediate available is preferred.
