Reporting to our Head of Counselling, this vital role will build and maintain a portfolio of clients, helping with applications to USA universities and boarding schools. You will be responsible for day-to-day communication with parents and students, ensuring that our high standards are maintained.
 

Job Responsibilities

• Guide and provide assistance to students and families, advising them on a full range of international applications to USA universities and boarding schools.

• Manage students' portfolios, building and maintaining positive and professional client relationships throughout the entire application process.

• Communicate and meet with schools/colleges representatives to follow up on students' applications.

• Engage daily with parents and students to ensure client expectations are met and that your cases are progressing effectively.

• Collaborate with our teaching team, working particularly closely with our academy leadership to ensure students are prepared for entrance examinations and required tests.

• Assist in external seminars, participate in exhibitions, and deliver presentations.

Key Requirements

• Sensitive towards students’ needs and able to build up good relationship with clients

• Fluency in English and Mandarin

• Self-motivated, Self-directed, responsible, service-oriented and hard-working

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in computer software applications including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

• Five day work week (Monday – Friday)
