Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of finance and accounting functions;

• Performs consolidation, financial reporting and management accounting for the Group and its subsidiaries;

• Involve in tax planning, cash flow forecast, budgeting, strategic business planning as well as analyse/evaluate business performance;

• Handle all auditing matters;

• Formulate and implement the accounting policies and procedures to enhance the performance of the Company;

• Develop all feasibility studies and financial analysis in support of business decision making;

• Liaison with external parties such as bankers, auditors, company secretaries and IRD etc.;

• Support ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline;

• Qualified accountant of HKICPA or ACCA or member of a professional accounting body;

• 5 years of relevant experience in a senior accounting and financial role;

• Solid knowledge of Hong Kong and PRC accounting and tax systems;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Good interpersonal skills as well as a good team player;

• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese (including Putonghua);

• Travel to China may be required occasionally;

• Immediate available is highly preferred
