Job Duties:

• Assist the merchandising team with daily operations.
• Handle administrative tasks related to purchasing, deliveries, pricing, etc.
• Coordinate with factories, QC, and shipping teams on sample development, mass production, and shipments.
• Provide product knowledge support to the training team and front-line staff.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including Branding, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics.
• Prepare periodic reports for monitoring and management review.
• Handle and monitor ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in general merchandising.
• Experience in the home & living sector will be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Knowledge of Japanese is an advantage.
