About the Job :

• Lead IT procurement team to review and improve the existing procurement framework, including the processes, procedures and policies
• Identify and implement innovative procurement solutions and change initiatives that provide tangible savings, process efficiencies and enhance business performance for Business Units
• Develop a comprehensive vendor management framework, source new competitive vendors, and establish long-term partnerships
• Negotiate optimal commercial terms with both new and existing vendors
• Conduct risk management and mitigation, particularly in reviewing IT contracts and updating IT-related compliance changes
• Prepare reports and presentation materials for management meetings

Requirements

• Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Financial Management, Contract Management, or related disciplines
• Qualification from a professional accounting or legal body is an advantage
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience in IT or procurement-related fields, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Project management experience is a plus
• Strong numerical sense, analytical skills, presentation skills, and proficiency in data visualization
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
