Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations in relation to sales and marketing activities 
• Assist to formulate and implement sales strategies and campaigns
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and consultants to prepare sales documents including sales arrangement, tender, price lists, ROT etc
• Formulate overall sales exercises for sales projects, including pricing structure preparation and coordination with architects, consultants, and solicitors on sales matters
• Conduct comprehensive research on comparable and assist with sales administrative tasks.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales and marketing strategies accordingly
• Prepare sales scripts/factsheet and Q&As based on factual information obtained from Projects team, Authorized Person, and the consultant team
• Handle enquiries from interested clients and property agents
• Manage estate agents and maintain a good relationship to facilitate the sales strategies
• Handle and assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' or above experience in related industries (preferably in property developer)
• Knowledge in Residential Properties (First–hand Sales) Ordinance
• Able to work under pressure in delivering quality works and meeting deadlines
• Self-driven, able to work proactively and independently
• Be dynamic, flexible and willing to learn and grow together with the company with sense of ownership
• Strong in analysis, be sensitive in pricingand a good team player
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Sales Officer
