About the Job  

• Develop and implement comprehensive treasury strategies to enhance the group's financial performance and liquidity management
• Oversee cash flow forecasting and management across all group companies, ensuring efficient use of funds
• Manage the group's debt portfolio, refinancing, and debt service management, to optimize capital structure
• Coordinate with external financial institutions, such as banks and investment firms to establish strong relationships
• Prepare and present regular financial reports and analysis to the executive team, highlighting key treasury metrics and performance indicators

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• CPA, CFA or related qualifications are highly preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in a relevant role
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with senior management, external stakeholders, and team members across all levels
