About the Job  

• Provide operation support to the entire Group network infrastructure, including oversea offices and outlet shops network connectivity
• Work with internal teams (both local and oversea) and 3rd party service provider to drive the network infrastructure setup for project and daily operation
• Provide documentation and technical specifications for planning and implementing new or upgrades of network infrastructure
• Responsible for network capacity planning and performance tuning
• Perform regular network infrastructure vulnerability assessment and penetration test Establishing and enforcing organization standards on network infrastructure
• Maintain accuracy of network inventory
• Responsible for voice over IP network and traditional voice network planning; Plan voice system migration
• Participate in projects and gather network infrastructure requirement
• Provide input to project teams on network design including high-availability, resiliency and security
• Provide 2nd level operation supports on 7 X 24 basis

Requirements 

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines
• At least 3+ years’ relevant experience
• Sound knowledge of dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, IGRP, GRE & etc) 
• Solid experience with design, implementation and support on complex networks, including network devices (Cisco, Huawei, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper & F5)
• Knowledge or experience in the following areas (Financial system/application, ITIL processes, Solarwinds for monitoring, scripting and assets management, Voice system) will be an advantage
• Knowledge of Cloud based network connectivity (AWS, Alicloud, Azure) and modules (e.g. Anti-DDOS, ALB, NLB, WAF, VPN) is a huge advantage
• Possession of CCNA, CCDA, CCNP and CCIE will be an advantage 
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
