  • Curiosity: Staying highly perceptive to new technologies, cross-disciplinary knowledge, and cultural trends, which serves as a constant source of creative inspiration

  • Logical Thinking: Design is about more than just aesthetics; it is about structuring complex information and establishing clear visual hierarchies or user flows

  • Resilience: The capacity to remain objective when facing endless revisions, rejections, or tight deadlines, while effectively extracting constructive feedback.

  • Design Sense: The ability to blend aesthetic theories with visual intuition, mastering color, typography, and detail to create work that is both visually compelling and highly functional.

  • Software Proficiency: Highly skilled in industry-standard software, with preferred proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

  • Design Experience: Possess at least 2-3 years of professional design experience specifically within the residential field.

  • Education: Holder of a degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

  • Language Skills: Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, with a professional preference for English proficiency.
