Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the restaurant including staff training and daily administration

• Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver high quality of customer service and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiency

• Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly and effectively

• Maintain equipment in good repair and all venues in perfect conditions

• Monitor and keep high standards on food quality, hygiene and work safety issues

• Responsible for producing timely and accurate reports on the operations of conditions of the Company

• Perform any other restaurant duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in similar capacity 

• Pleasant, passionate about good food and great customer service

• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for problem-solving and conflict resolution

• Strong leadership, team building abilities

• Self-motivated, aggressive and has a strong sense of responsibility

• Good management skills with a positive mindset, detailed service and customer driven

• Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
