EPURE Captain (Michelin Star Restaurant) I (5-Day Work)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant
  • Provide attentive and superior service to the guests
  • Maintain the hygiene standard and tidiness of the restaurant, tableware and silverware 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' of relevant experience in Western restaurants
  • Presentable, customer service-oriented, pleasant personality, willing to learn and good communications skills
  • Excellent guest interaction skills
  • Self-organized and detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
