We are a distributor of Swiss watch brand, which have over 900 point of sales all over the world. To cope with rapid expansion of our business in Asia market, we are seeking for high caliber candidate for the following position:

HR and Admin Assistant / Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all round office administration duties
  • Handle recruitment processing, attendance record and assist in HR operation
  • Prepare data and reports for analysis in timely and accurate manner
  • Assist to organize company functions and activities
  • Responsible for any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Superior

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience
  • Pleasant personality and good team player
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Immediately available is preferred
