Major Responsibilities:

• Assist Marketing Manager to execute all trade and consumer marketing activities

• Develop and propose marketing plans to sustain growth on pillar products

• Efficiently design and develop the marketing POSM in collaboration with vendors, agencies

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent execution of ATL and BTL marketing initiatives under a tight schedule

• Prepare regular marketing reports for analysis of business trends and consumer insights to achieve brand sales and market share targets

• Propose and implement digital media strategy and manage social media platform

• Assist in maintaining and updating websites and other digital assets

• Provide administrative support and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Degree / Diploma holder in Marketing, PR, Communication, Design or a related field

• Fresh Graduates are also welcomed

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Marketing, Experience in the optical industry is preferred

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Self-motivated, Independent, and able to work under pressure

• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Power point.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop will be an advantage 

• Immediate availability is preferred

• Fresh graduates will also be considered
