Administrative Assistant (Human Resources)

Key Responsibilities

The incumbent will be posted to the Human Resources Section to handle the following:

  • provide administrative support for various human resources services, including recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding, payroll preparation, tax reporting, MPF contributions, group medical insurance scheme, personal file management, attendance record management, leave record management etc

  • assist in the daily administrative duties within the Section

  • perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • A recognized university degree (candidates with at least 3 years solid and relevant experience may be exempted from this requirement)

  • Preference will be given to candidates with relevant work experience 

  • Proficiency in PC operation, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc

  • Fluency in English and Chinese and basic knowledge of Putonghua preferred

  • Mature personality, customer-oriented and be able to communicate with people of all levels

  • Meticulous, analytical and can work independently under pressure

Terms of Appointment

Competitive remuneration package commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience will be offered. The appointee will initially be offered a 3-year contract, subject to renewal upon satisfactory performance and the service needs of the Authority.
