Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive 360° product launch campaigns

• Create and execute effective digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, search engines, display ads, and third-party media

• Collaborate with teams to formulate member loyalty programs and manage CRM initiatives to achieve brand objectives

• Consolidate and analyze consumer data to inform brand strategies

• Prepare marketing materials, conduct market research, and generate relevant reports or analyses to support business needs

• Explore partnerships with external parties to enhance brand awareness.

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns

• Provide administrative support for brand-related activities as needed.

• Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field

• Related work experience; experience in high-end beauty, cosmeceutical skincare brands, or beauty centers is preferred

• Creative and analytical, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership of projects

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, demonstrating proactivity and independence

• Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing

• Strong command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, both written and spoken

• Applicants must be available to work at least four full days per week, with immediate availability will be given priority
