Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales meetings and site visits to discuss client needs and product offerings

• Place and manage orders efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment, also keep track of clients’ stock status

• Provide after-sales support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly

• Prepare business reports to review sales performance

• Coordinate and actively participate in internal and external meetings to foster collaboration and communication.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to address business needs and drive business targets.

• Manage and support large sales events, bazaar activities and retail shops.

• Support on ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience, preferably in the retail / travel retail sector.

• Independent and self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (both written and spoken).

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
