Accountant / Senior Accountant - Property

Duties:

  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Month-end closing and year-end closing exercises, preparation of financial and management reports.
  • Handle auditors’ enquiries independently and assist in preparing ad hoc analysis as requested by management.

 Successful applicant:

  • Degree in accounting or equivalent professional qualifications
  • At least 3 years' accounting and/or auditing experience gained from sizable organizations
  • Experience in handling finance and accounting works of facilities and property management companies is definitely a plus
  • Proficiency in Mircosoft Office Applications
  • Knowledge in Oracle Accounting System operation will be an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills and good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Responsible and detail-oriented
