Assistant Accountant / Accounting Officer

Business: HK based trading company and listed in HK Stock Market

 

Duties:

  • Handle full set of accounts includes AR, AP, P&L, BS etc
  • Prepare monthly accounting schedule, accurate and efficient manner
  • Responsible for day-to-day accounting functions including issuing of cheques, bank-in, data entry, bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of the bank
  • Provide other support to management, ad-hoc assignments as required

 

Requirements:

  • High Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
  • 4-5 years’ relevant experience, preferably with experience in trading company
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated, flexible and is a good team player
  • Good team player, attention to detail and accuracy, able to meet deadlines
  • Strong sense of responsibilities, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is required
  • Proficiency in MS office application and knowledge of Epicor system or any other ERP/accounting systems
  • Immediate available is preferred

 

Benefit: 5 days, double pay + discretionary bonus, medical scheme, 12 days annual leave etc
