Human Resources Executive / Senior Human Resources Executive - 美容院 / Retailer

Job Description

·       Perform general HR functions

·       Responsible for full spectrum of HR services, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, and other ad-hoc projects;

·       Participate in coordinating staff activities

·       Assist in checking staff attendance card 

·       Assist in revamping HR structure and developing company policies 

·       Familiar with labour law and工傷

 Job Requirements

·       Degree Holder 

·       Minimum 5 years human resources experiences. Experience in retail/beauty/cosmetic industry is an advantage

·       Proficiency in PC Skills (MS Word, Excel). Chinese Word processing is must.
