IT Support

Business: MNC electronic company

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote and on-site IT support to end users on desktop systems, networks, hardware and software setups and troubleshooting
  • Responsible for the overall support and maintenance of the various tiers of server, storage, networking, applications and security control
  • Monitor, maintain, and perform regular backup, health checking and performance tuning on IT equipment and server
  • Conduct security risk analysis and risk assessment
  • Update MIS documents & inventory
  • Handle other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma/associate degree or above in IT or related discipline
  • Min. 3-year work experience in IT support
  • Solid experience in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, MS SQL, VMWare, Microsoft 365 & Windows Application
  • Familiar with System Security, Network Infrastructure, Internet and cloud platform administration
  • Hands-on experience ERP system, IP phone system, AV equipment and program development
  • Proactive, highly responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) and English
  • Willing to travel to Shenzhen occasionally
