Logistics Coordinator

Business:

Freight forwarder with operation in Western, Eastern and Central Europe, North East Asia, South East Asia, Oceania, Indian Subcontinent and North America

 

Job roles:

  • Managing daily tasks and warehouse operation
  • Monitor operational processes and maintain accurate inventory records 
  • Liaise and work closely with internal & external parties to ensure accurate cargo handling;
  • Maintain & update Warehouse Management System database accurately and effectively;
  • Ensure daily operations comply with SOP and company standard
  • Prepare customers’ statistics and periodic reports;
  • Prepare quotation;

 

Requirements:

  • DSE or above;
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience in logistics industries;
  • Good Knowledge in logistics and freight service is an advantage;
  • Initiative, independent, positive and well-organized;
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills;
  • Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skill;
  • Able to work under pressure and initiate change when necessary;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Hands on Excel skills to process data, such as formula, macro if possible;
