Senior Shipping Clerk / Shipping Officer - Hardgoods / Toys / Gift

Responsibilities:

  • To plan & arrange shipment per customer’s requirements
  • Liaise with vendor and forwarder for transportation arrangement
  • To prepare full set of documents
  • Order follow up 
  • Arrange the shipment

 

Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary or above
  • With 3 years related working experience is preferred; candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Supervisor
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Team plan with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to speak English and Mandarin
  • Travel to China and Vietnam when necessary
