Shipping Clerk / Operation Clerk - Toy / Seasonal / Furniture - Trading or Forwarder

Business: Trading 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of I/E shipping independently
  • Check invoice from supplier.
  • Order fulfilment & ensure accurate data input & system record
  • Liaise with related internal sales offices and vendors
  • Assist in daily warehouse activities and contribute to efficient inventory management
  • Coordinate delivery and evaluate carrier performance
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in any discipline with at least 3 years in Toys or Seasonal decor or Furniture in Trading
  • Handle full set of shipping documents
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency with MS office
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred

Business: Forwarder

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of I/E shipping independently
