Key responsibilities/ Job duties:

• Assist in overall management in a small factory
• Operate CNC machines and hand-ons production workflow
• Managing the daily operations among all departments to ensure operational efficiency
• Collect machine data and prepare machine utilization report for manager
• Evaluate the effectiveness, giving suggestion and recommendations to improve planning, manufacturing SOP and safety related matters in order to achieve organizational objectives
• Maintenance of Machine and factory setup including suction system, air system and other electrical systems
• Communication with machine makers in overseas, report machine problems and run machine testing
• Sourcing (machine or parts or tools, material, manufacturing related certificate renewal or other supplies related to manufacturing)
• Assist supervisor in handling administrative duties
• China / overseas Factory visit or training

Skills required:

• High diploma or equivalent
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent leadership with analytical skills
• Good in written and spoken English and Mandarin
•  At least 1-3 years relevant experience preferably
• With production experience & registered electrical worker grade A will be a plus
