The Opportunity

Are you a strategic, commercially-minded, and creative marketing leader? We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to own and elevate our brand portfolio. Reporting directly to the Director, you will be the strategic architect behind the marketing, trade, and digital roadmaps for our prestigious global brands and top retail partners. This is a high-impact opportunity to manage marketing budgets, lead campaigns, and drive measurable commercial growth in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Portfolio & Brand Management: Develop and execute the overarching marketing strategy for our imported global F&B brands to increase market share and brand equity in Hong Kong.

• Commercial Trade Marketing Leadership: Own the trade marketing strategy. Partner closely with the Sales team to design high-visibility in-store initiatives, optimize shelf presence, and maximize commercial success across Hong Kong’s top 4 retail chains.

• High-Impact Event & Experiential Marketing: Direct and oversee innovative event marketing campaigns and large-scale consumer activations that create authentic brand loyalty and tangible sales spikes.

• Digital & Omnichannel Strategy: Lead the company’s digital roadmap, overseeing social media strategies, high-tier influencer collaborations, and digital asset creation to amplify online engagement and community growth.

• Budget & ROI Ownership: Manage, allocate, and optimize the annual marketing budget, ensuring maximum efficiency and return on investment across all brand campaigns.

• Cross-Functional & Principal Relations: Act as the primary marketing liaison with overseas brand principals and internal sales teams, ensuring brand alignment and translating market insights into actionable growth strategies.

Who You Are

• Educated: You hold a Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline.

• Experienced: You bring 5+ years of solid marketing experience, with a proven track record in the Food & Beverage (F&B) or FMCG industries. Strong, established experience navigating and negotiating with major Hong Kong retailers is essential.

• A Proven Leader: You have experience managing projects independently, overseeing marketing spend, and ideally leading or mentoring junior team members or agency partners.

• A Skilled Communicator: You are fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills suited for reporting to director-level executives and international brand principals.

• Analytical & Commercially Savvy: You possess sharp marketing acumen, using data and market trends to back up your creative strategies and business decisions.

• Proactive & Results-Driven: You are a self-starter who takes complete ownership of outcomes, thrives under pressure, and actively solves complex market challenges.

• A Person of Integrity: You act with honesty and maintain a high sense of professional integrity, building lasting trust with your team and external partners.
