Job Description

 Responsibilities :

  • Handle of Export Shipping document
  • Maintain clear and accurate document
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping companies
  • Contact overseas agent for shipment and transportation arrangement
  • Monitor shipment status and order follow up
  • Other ad-hoc tasks designated by the supervisor

Requirements

  • F.5 or above
  • With 1-2 years working experience in clerical work is preferred 
  • No experience will also be considered
  • Detail-minded with attention to accuracy
  • Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Familiar in PC skills: MS office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Location: near Ngau Tau Kok MTR Station
