Operation Officer

Job Description

Responsibilities: 
 

  1. Dily sales order processing, logistics system operations, quotation preparation., and inventory data management to ensure smooth workflow.
  2. Communicate effectively with internal teams to uphold and improve service quality across the supply chain.
  3. Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks to drive innovation and efficiency in logistics operations.
  4. Monitor and planning the repacking
  5. Analysis Sales Data, Stock Data, stock take

Requirements: 

  1. 2-3 years working experience in FMCG / trading is preferable.
  2. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  3. Proficient in Microsoft office & SAP is preferable.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, proactive and able to work independently.
  5. Candidate with less experience also will be considered.

We Offer :

  • 5.5 day per week 
  • 10 days of Annual Leave
