Key Roles and Responsibilities 

• Prepare intercompany reconciliation, payment, receipt and journal vouchers;
• Assist in monthly management reports preparation;
• Assist in preparing schedules for month end closing and year end audit;
• Assist in maintaining an accurate Fixed Asset Registry;
• Handle daily accounting clerical works e.g.: petty cashreimbursement, input supplier invoices into system;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by HQ supervisory staff

Qualifications and Experience    

• Degree or diploma in Accounting or related discipline;
• Minimum 3-5 years hands-on accounting experience, manufacturing experience is a plus;
• Proficient in Excel formulas, vlookup, pivot table etc.;
• Knowledge of SAP and Flex System software;    
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage;
• Good team player, willing to learn, able to work independently and under pressure, and with good communication skills
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
