JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain full set of accounts of the family office's HK + BVI companies

• Perform day-to-day accounting and company secretarial functions (payroll, expenses, tax + statutory returns, working with BVI registered agents)

• Assist team in generating regular reports to Directors on investment portfolio performance

• Handle matters re: the leasing of commercial / residential premises (liaising with tenants / property agents / lawyers, coordinating repairs / renovations, monitoring rental payments, etc.)

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

• Excellent communication + interpersonal skills (works well in a small team of 7-10 people)

• Outstanding stakeholder management skills (will work with multiple Directors)

• Reliable + self-motivated + able to manage priorities / problems in a proactive and professional manner

• HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualification preferred

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Bloomberg
